South Jersey Cup Set for October 29 at Ballamor GC; Registration Now Open!
EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP, N.J. - The South Jersey Cup is set for October 29 and is headed to Ballamor Golf Club for the sixth edition of the event. Entries are now open and will close on October 21.
The South Jersey Cup is one of the NJSGA’s most anticipated late season events and will close out the 2024 NJSGA competitive season.
Ranked as the No. 13 Best Public Golf Course in New Jersey for 2024 according to Golf Digest, Ballamor is sure to be a challenging test of golf for South Jersey Cup competitors.
This 18-hole, stroke play competition consists of divisions for both women and men. In the women’s competition, there will be both gross and net scoring. For the men’s competition, there will be gross scoring with a Senior flight (age 55+), in addition to the overall tournament.
Most notably, the men’s overall gross champion will receive an exemption into the 2025 New Jersey Amateur Championship and 2025 Mid-Amateur Championship (if over 25 years of age).
The maximum handicap limit for the women is 35.0; The maximum handicap limit for the men’s Amateur is 10.0, and 15.0 for the men’s Senior division.
