Helping Caddies: Levels of Donation

There are several giving options for those who wish to donate to the NJSGA Caddie Scholarship Foundation.

The Par Club, which has become the cornerstone of our annual fundraising activity, is comprised of donors who contribute at least $100 in a single calendar year. We invite you to select one of these donation categories or choose any amount you wish.

Birdie Club $500
Eagle Club $1,000
Double Eagle Club $2,500
Nestor J. MacDonald Society $5,000

The Lifetime Member is a donor at a $10,000 level of support. Contributions to this category can be made over a five-year period. For additional information on the Lifetime Member option, please call the NJSGA at (908) 241-4653.

Memorial donations: Please use the "Note" field in the form below to indicate the individual you wish to remember/honor. The Foundation will notify the family of this kind gesture.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards for online donations. For donations greater than $5,000, please call the NJSGA office at 908-241-4653. Please note that the Caddie Scholarship Foundation is a 501(c)(3) registered charity and therefore all contributions are fully deductible for income tax purposes.
