- Mark Costanza (Morristown), Michael Brown (Maple Shade), James Arbes (Westfield), Michael Muehr, Brandon Dalinka and Thomas Lee (Alpline), Matthew DeVito (Verona) are set to compete in the U.S. Mid-Amateur Championship at Sankaty Head Golf Club in Siasconset, Massachusetts. (Click for more)
- Noelle Maertz (Clark), Samantha Perrotta (Bordentown), Alicia Ann Kapheim (Pennington) and Hana Ku (Basking Ridge) are set to compete in the U.S. Women’s Mid-Amateur Championship at Barkeley Hall Club in Bluffton, South Carolina. (Click for more)
- Michael Muehr won the 96th George A. Crump Memorial Cup at Pine Valley Golf Club after defeating Stewart Hagestad 3&2. He earned the title for the fourth time in his career. (Click for more)
- Three-time State Open Champion Tyler Hall (Wayne) won the 94th New Jersey PGA Professional Championship with a 10-under 206, while Rylee Plitz of Eagle Ridge won the Inaugural Women’s Professional Championship at Crestmont Country Club. (Click for more)
- Ami Gianchandani (Watchung) won the Boston College Intercollegiate on Tuesday, September 21, shooting a three round total of 216 (E). (Click for more)
- In his first collegiate golf tournament, 2021 W.Y. Dear Junior runner-up Cole Ekert (Chatham) finished in 15th at the River Run Collegiate. (Click for more)
- Doug Ergood (Mount Laurel) and the University of North Carolina won the OFCC/Fighting Illini Invite. (Click for more)
- Habitat for Humanity in Monmouth County will be hosting their ‘Golf for Homes’ outing on Monday, October 4 at Beacon Hill Country Club, which will help aid in the construction of an affordable two-family home in Atlantic Highlands, wheelchair ramps and the continuation of their ‘A Brush with Kindness’ minor repair program for seniors. - On September 27, 2021 The Arc of Essex County is hosting the Craft Beer Open, which features 18 holes of golf with local, on-course craft beer tastings, lunch, cigar rolling, and a post event cocktail and awards reception at Crestmont Country Club in West Orange. Proceeds from the event will support The Arc of Essex County’s efforts to provide comprehensive services and supports to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. - The LPGA Tour returns to the historic Bay Course at Seaview on September 27-October 3 for the Shoprite LPGA Classic Presented by Acer. The event has been hosted just outside of Atlantic City since 1986 and has been long considered a South Jersey staple. Tickets are on sale now. (Click for more)
- The 2021 NJSGA Corporate Golf Challenge presented by Provident Bank is a can’t miss event. The tournament is open to teams which represent New Jersey-based companies from any business sector. This year’s event will be held at the gorgeous Canoe Brook Country Club on Oct. 12, 2021 (Click for more)
- Due to many students going back to college, many golf clubs in New Jersey are looking for help as the golf season continues. Contact your local golf club to inquire on any opportunities.
- The LPGA Cognizant Founders Cup is coming to New Jersey from October 4-10 at Mountain Ridge Country Club. The organization is looking for volunteers for the historic event. (Click for more)

- Register for the Women’s Golf Day, which will take place October 18, 2021 at Hawk Pointe Golf Club. The event will include a tee gift at registration, followed by a short game clinic courtesy of Juliet Little, teaching professional at Montammy Golf Club. Additionally, lunch, golf and a cash bar with awards will commence following completion of play. (Click for more)
