The NJSGA’s “Wednesday Roundup” will run weekly through the 2023 golf season. This weekly news summary will feature local stories and news from throughout #thestateofgolf.   • Max Greyserman, 2014 New Jersey Open Champion and 2015 New Jersey Amateur Champion, has secured his PGA Tour Card for 2024. Greyserman stands at No. 11 on the Korn Ferry Tour Points List with just two events remaining in the 2023 season securing his top-30 position. (Click for more
  • Michigan State junior, Katie Lu took home the top spot on the leaderboard at the Mary Fossum Invitational while the Spartans finished second in the team standings in the 15-team field. Lu shot 3-under par 213 (70-69-74) claim her first individual collegiate victory. (Click for more
  • Cole Ekert, a junior at the University of Richmond, shot 13-under par 203 (65-69-69) in the VCU Shootout to set the lowest 54-hole tournament score in Richmond program history. Ekert tied for second among the 84 players in the field. (Click for more)
  • Megan Meng competed for the 2023 United States PING Junior Solheim Cup Team in Spain this past week. The PING Junior Solheim Cup features the 12 best female junior golfers (ages 12-18) from the United States against their counterparts from Europe. (Click for more)
  • The ArcMorris Autumn Golf Classic returns in 2023 on Oct. 23 at Basking Ridge Country Club. ArcMorris is a nonprofit that provides services for those with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. The day will consist of a four-person scramble with a shotgun start as well as continental breakfast, boxed lunch, cocktails, buffet dinner, raffle and a silent auction. (Click for more)
