Wednesday Roundup - November Edition

The NJSGA’s “Wednesday Roundup” typically runs weekly through the golf season. With so much news and buzz in #thestateofgolf, the NJSGA has released its November edition of the Wednesday Roundup. 

• On the PGA Tour, Max Greyserman was nominated for the 2024 Rookie of the Year (Click for more) 

• Marina Alex wrapped up her career on the LPGA Tour this past weekend at the CME Group Tour Championship. She played 11 years on the Tour. (Click for more)

• Aphrodite Deng finished third and Vidhi Lakhawala finished t12 at The Elite Invitational. (Click for more) 

• Karen Chung will be competing in the final qualifying stage of the LPGA Q-Series on the Epson Tour. (Click for more) 

• Samantha Galantini of Quinnipiac University was named MAAC Golfer of the Month. (Click for more) 

• Drew University junior Elliot Parker individually placed third, leading the team to second place at the Landmark Conference Fall Preview. (Click for more) 

• New Jersey native Megha Ganne and the Stanford women’s golf team closed the year out atop the Mizuno WCGA Coaches’ Poll. Ganne was also listed on the ANNIKA Award Watch List. (Click for more)

• Anthony Wu of Short Hills is a finalist for the Drive, Chip, and Putt competition in April for the Boys 14-15 division. (Click for more) 

• Several New Jersey golfers signed their National Letter of Intent to play college golf at the Division I level. Alex Patel (Binghamton University), Liam Pasternak (University of Notre Dame), Harry Cohen (Rutgers University), Liam Brandt (Lafayette College), Liam Moloney (Loyola University Maryland) and Angelina Kim (United States Naval Academy) all signed Letter of Intent.
