Rouillard, Senior Director of Championships at the USGA carded an eagle and a birdie to highlight her round.

“Colleen (Edelman) and Donna (McHugh) are wonderful players, I really enjoyed the round and enjoyed the golf course,” Rouillard recalled. "It was an up and down round, we all feel like we left some shots out there. It’s a journey and my perspective is a little bit different now with my full-time job working at the USGA and not as much time to practice, but trying to make the best of it and just really enjoy the competitive environment again.”

After taking a lengthy hiatus from competitive golf, Rouillard is back at it and in dominant fashion.

“I haven't competed in 13 years," said Rouillard. "I'm just trying to get back into the competitive mode and feeling the feels. It's been an interesting ride – nervousness now at 50-plus is a little different than it was in my 20s and 30s.”

The final round will conclude on Thursday at 9:30 a.m.
