Ridgewood and Arcola announce the 122nd U.S. Amateur Preview Event

On Monday, August 30, The Ridgewood Country Club and Arcola Country Club will be hosting a unique, one-time opportunity for the public to participate in the 122nd U.S. Amateur Championship Preview Event. This 36-hole event will be held on the same courses which will host the best amateur golfers in the world next August 15-21, 2022 when the 122nd U.S. Amateur Championship is conducted at the two Paramus clubs.

The event will be a split-shotgun start, with play beginning at Arcola at 8:00 a.m. and in the afternoon at Ridgewood at 1:30 p.m. A one, Best-Ball-of-Four competition with gross and net scoring will be the format of play. The entry fee is $5,000 per foursome ($1,250 per player) which includes green fees, golf cart, breakfast, lunch, dinner, cocktails, tee gift, prizes and awards.

The event is tax-deductible - 501 (c) (3). 58% of the entry fee can be deducted; proceeds will fund the 2022 U.S. Amateur Championship. For additional information, please click here.
