NJSGA Signature Drink Tour: Atlantic City Country Club

NORTHFIELD, N.J. – This off-season, the New Jersey State Golf Association sought out some of the most unique cocktails at golf clubs around the Garden State. Just in time for the Holidays, Paul Williams, Banquet Manager at Atlantic City Country Club prepared two of his signature drinks.

White Cranberry Cosmo
2oz New Amsterdam Vodka
½ oz Triple Sec
1 Fresh squeezed lime
2 oz white cranberry juice
½ fresh squeezed grapefruit
Garnish 2 cranberries skewered with thyme sprig

Ruby Red Grapefruit Margarita
2oz Camarena Tequila
½ oz Triple Sec
1 Fresh squeezed lime
½ oz agave juice
½ fresh squeezed grapefruit
Rimmed with a Kosher salt Tajin mix
Garnish lime wheel or grapefruit slice
