NJSGA Caddie Scholarship Applications Now Open for 2025-26 Academic Year

KENILWORTH, N.J. - The New Jersey State Golf Association Caddie Scholarship Foundation has opened its applications for the 2025-26 academic year.

The NJSGA Caddie Scholarship is available to qualified applicants who have caddied at a participating NJSGA club for at least two seasons. Full-time attendance as an undergraduate at an institution of higher education accredited by the U.S. Department of Education is required. 

The deadline to apply is October 15, 2024. Applications will only be accepted via the online portal

The NJSGA Caddie Scholarship Foundation has been a shining light for over 76 years in providing financial assistance to deserving member club caddies pursuing higher education. Since 1947, it has provided more than 3,400 scholarships totaling more than $18 million. For the 2023-24 academic year, the Foundation will provide 150 caddies with over $800,000 in scholarships. Caddie scholars are selected based on their academic performance, financial need, and length and quality of service as a caddie. Scholarships are renewable for up to four years of undergraduate study.  

The 150 Caddie Scholars for the academic year 2023-24 represent 84 colleges and universities.
