Member Golf Day Schedule Finalized

The 2021 New Jersey State Golf Association Member Golf Day schedule is complete, and 11 dates are in the lineup, which includes stops at Cobblestone Creek Country Club, New Jersey National Golf Club, The Ridge at Back Brook, The Bedens Brook Club, Madison Golf Club, Lake Mohawk Golf Club, Deal Golf & Country Club, Copper Hill Country Club, Forest Hill Field Club and Rumson Country Club.

Due to anticipated high demands at The Ridge at Back Brook, both dates have been selected as a lottery in order to enter the field. By registering prior to the closing dates, (Ridge #1 closes on July 8, Ridge #2 closes on Sept. 9) you will be entered into the lottery. The NJSGA will contact the golfers who have been selected for each MGD at The Ridge.

Another highly anticipated MGD is the two-person team event at Bedens Brook Club is set for August 16. Bedens Brook is a Garden State gem located in Skillman. Later in the month, Madison Golf Club will make its first appearance on the MGD circuit. A 9-hole historic private golf club, the MGD at Madison will be played in an 18-hole individual format. Madison Golf Club is celebrating its 125th year, opening in 1896. 

Following all Member Golf Day’s that begin with a shotgun start, players are encouraged to join a post-round cocktail reception, which includes flight prizes.

NJSGA Member Golf Days offer a wide range of tournaments and events for golfers who hold current NJSGA handicap indexes. These one-day events offer our members an affordable, casual, and fun atmosphere at some of New Jersey’s finest courses. Additionally, all events include lunch, golf and prizes.
