Feng built on his first round lead from Monday. His round was highlighted by an eagle on No. 7, a 482-yard par 5 to turn in a 1-under par 35 on the front nine.

“I hit a good drive that went very far and I hit my 8-iron to about four feet,” Feng recalled. “I had a good putt in for eagle.”

The victory marks Feng’s second W.Y. Dear Boys Championship, also winning in 2022.

“I lost last year, so I worked a little harder to do better this year,” Feng said.

For the tournament, Feng, Fiddler’s Elbow Country Club, finished 4-under overall, carding scores of 72 (E) and 68 (-4).

Henry Blake finished behind Feng at even par 144. Blake had seven birdies on the day. Luke Lepone, who was tied with Feng on the leaderboard after Monday’s round, finished in third place at 1-over par 145.
