Beverly Chandler Of Echo Lake's Chandler Scholarship Passes Away

Mrs. Beverly Chandler, 83, wife of the late Roger Chandler, both longtime supporters of the Echo Lake Country Club caddie program and NJSGA Caddie Scholarship Program, passed away on September 10, 2017.

Roger Chandler created a special scholarship for Echo Lake caddies through the NJSGA Caddie Scholarship Foundation in appreciation for the newspaper carrier scholarship he earned as a young boy. He originally funded the scholarship in 2007 and after his passing, Beverly continued yearly contributions that expanded the number of available scholarships. The Chandlers helped fund one of the Program’s highest valued scholarships that significantly aided nine Echo Lake caddies matriculate and touched the lives of many more through their generosity.

Our condolences go out to the entire Chandler family.
