70th Junior Girls' Championship

*The Championship will be contested on the Mercer Oaks East Golf Course*

Late Entries will not be accepted.

ELIGIBILITY:
Entries open to amateur golfers who meet ALL of the following:

• Entrant into the Girls' Championship must be 18 years of age or younger as of June 17, 2024, and not attending college.
• Entrant must possess UNQUESTIONABLE Amateur Status.
• Entrant meet ALL of these Handicap and Membership Requirements:
  • Hold a USGA Handicap Index as of the June 17, 2024 Handicap Revision at a NJSGA member club/course. She must be listed on this club’s GHIN Handicap Roster.
  • Maintain good standing and remain on the above Handicap Roster through the Championship proper.
• If entering from a public facility, or Club Without Real Estate, entrant must be a resident of New Jersey. Proof of residency may be required.

JUNIOR GIRLS CHAMPIONSHIP FORMAT:
An eighteen (18) hole, Stroke Play qualifying round will be held on Monday, June 17. The low 8 scorers will advance to two days (three rounds) of Match Play on Tuesday, June 18 and Wednesday, June 19. Two rounds of Match Play will be played on Tuesday and the finals will be played on Wednesday morning. *The Champion will be exempt into the 2024 U.S. Girls' Junior Championship at El Caballero Country Club.

Transportation:
Motorized transportation is PROHIBITED throughout this Championship.

• Spectator carts are NOT permitted.
• Caddies: Prohibited in this competition.
• Pull/Push Carts: Permitted in this competition.

FINAL DECISION REGARDING ACCEPTANCE OF ENTRIES IS AT THE DISCRETION OF THE NJSGA. THE NJSGA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT OR WITHDRAW AN ENTRY AT ANY TIME, BEFORE OR DURING A COMPETITION OR MODIFY THE CHAMPIONSHIP PROGRAM ANYTIME, IN ITS DISCRETION.
