54th Boys Championship

*The Championship will be contested on the Mercer Oaks East Course*

Entries Close: Wednesday, June 5 @ 5pm
Late Entries will not be accepted.

ELIGIBILITY:
Entries open to amateur golfers who meet ALL of the following:

• Entrant into the Boys Championship must be 14 years or younger as of June 17, 2024.
• Entrant must possess UNQUESTIONABLE Amateur Status.
• Entrant meet ALL of these Handicap and Membership Requirements:
  • Hold a USGA Handicap Index of 25.0 or less as of the close of entries. Handicap Revision at a NJSGA member club/course. The player must be listed on this club’s GHIN Handicap Roster. 
  • Maintain good standing and remain on the above Handicap Roster through the Championship proper.
• If entering from a public facility, or Club Without Real Estate, entrant must be a resident of New Jersey. Proof of residency may be required.

BOYS CHAMPIONSHIP FORMAT: 
36-Holes, Stroke Play. 18 holes will be played on Monday, June 17 and Tuesday, June 18. Players will be re-grouped for Round 2 according to their 1st round score. The champion will be the player with the lowest 36-hole aggregate score. 

Transportation: Motorized transportation is PROHIBITED throughout this Championship.

• Spectator carts are NOT permitted.
• Caddies: Prohibited in this competition.
• Pull/Push Carts: Permitted in this competition.

FINAL DECISION REGARDING ACCEPTANCE OF ENTRIES IS AT THE DISCRETION OF THE NJSGA. THE NJSGA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT OR WITHDRAW AN ENTRY AT ANY TIME, BEFORE OR DURING A COMPETITION OR MODIFY THE CHAMPIONSHIP PROGRAM ANYTIME, IN ITS DISCRETION.
